Real World Problem
Due to the COVID pandemic clients were forced to rollout technology across the organisation to keep the organisation operating. The clients had limited technology understanding and had only introduced minimal digital security. The clients knew they needed to do something to minimise risks against them and didn’t know where to start.
Following an initial assessment Cyclopz briefed board members and shareholders in the business drivers to change their situation. Cyclopz formed a working group with various stakeholders to develop a Cyber Strategy for organisational resilience which overtime was operationally implemented. During the working groups the organisation identified that an overlap across the people, processes and technology was required. The organisation developed with Cyclopz a long-term digital transformation programme investing in the resilience of the organisation which produced efficiencies in the operational delivery.
