Real World Problem
A large global organisation commission a new technology rollout but are unsure how to develop their slow formal and new system processes which were the reason for the rollout in the first place.
Cyclopz conducted an analysis of the current processes working with multiple stakeholder groups from across the organisation to understand the need and mechanisms for those processes. The process working groups then met with the technology project team to understand the how the system would affect their daily working and the new processes needed. Cyclopz led the management to integrate both old and new processes using fundamental tools and techniques ensuring the new processes met the internal and external business needs.
