A young company complete with new employees knew and understood what they were selling but wanted to use technology to formalise their internal agility and growth.
Cyclopz developed new internal, business and technology processes with the team to enable them to add structure to their daily operations and management whilst improving their delivery to clients. The new processes intertwined the employees with the technologies delivering reassurance to the expanding team whilst giving the leadership team the assurances they needed to continue growing the company at speed. As the whole team were involved in the creation of the processes the company increased output, employee and client satisfaction.
