Real World Problem

Clients had started the delivery of a complex technology programme overseas. The organisation had chosen to align with various chosen frameworks to assist in the success of the programme and had overseen the need to train their people on the new technologies. The clients needed their people to be able to use the new systems and receive training whilst continuing business as usual but didn’t know how to go about it.


Cyclopz designed and delivered a training programme which was to be suitable for multiple stakeholders with progress reporting for the leadership team; The training was delivered by a Cyclopz training manager using our own accredited training platform. This enabled flexible and affordable learning which led to qualifications for all the employees. Once online training was completed, on premise training was delivered to cement knowledge and enable successful operation of the new technologies delivered. Resulting in the qualification of the client’s people and successful delivery the technology programme.
