The clients were considering the delivery of a Secure Communications & Intelligence System at a National Scale but were unsure of the Return of Investment (ROI) or the feasibility of the delivery.
Solution
Cyclopz supplied a consultant who conducted a Feasibility study which highlighted to the clients that the programme was more involved with higher financial implications than first anticipated. The client had only considered the technical delivery aspects of the project, the overlapping requirement across the people, processes, technology, and security were identified by the study and the clients took the business decision not to proceed. Cyclopz were congratulated for their delivery and thanked for enabling an informed business decision to be made saving the organisation millions of dollars.
